I was told simple - I can't do simple, I have to make it pretty.

Hobby

This is my hobby.  I like to celebrate birthdays. I started decorating cakes as a kid, my mom taught me, then after I got married I took a few classes all at the same time it was crazy, but I learned a lot. I love to think of new fun ideas for my kids birthdays. a normal cake takes me 4 hours to make but i plan it out for at least a week. Lydia's big 1st birthday cake took me a while i baked them all he night before then frosted and decorated all day. People ask why I don't sell cakes, its a lot of work(because I am i perfectionist) and little pay. but someday it would be fun.  I have made a few for family and friends, and enjoy it. I also like to do fruit trays and bake and cook.
